On April 11th , Warangalnri.org Executive panel and Coordination
volunteers working on the Vandemataram project held a conference call
and brainstormed the various pro's and con's and the logistics
associated with taking up the project further. After detailed
discussions , the coordination volunteers and executive panel decided
to support and sponsor the cause of a "Literacy Drive in Warangal" in
association with Vandemataram foundation and similar voluntary
organizations working towards literacy drive in Warangal.

With Literacy rates in warangal as low as 58% ( compared to National average of 68 %)
, the Executive panel and the coordination volunteers strongly feel
that this would be the rightful and noble cause , which can commemorate
the Anniversary celebrations for WARANGALNRI.org to take up the
challenge for its generous supporters, volunteers and its coordinators
.

Below are the financials that the Organization is looking for each of
schools to take up the literacy drive. Vandemataram foundation
expressed that the program can be MOST successful if there are at least
5 schools ( at the minimum) taken up at each mandal, at a given time,
so there is better monitoring in terms of coordination and planning in
executing the project.

For each school we need
30,000 Rupees per Annum. Break down is below
