Discussion/Decision s/Action Items
1.Vishnu Muddu: Moderated the conference meeting. Gave brief
introduction abut the Ramreddy conducting "Warangal Nri" get together
at ATA Convention in New Jersey on July-04-2008 Discussed about getting
more active volunteers from various regions/places on board. Talked
about conducting periodic Tele-conferences with all the members.
Discussed about plans for more activities from the organizations.
2.Ramreddy: Explained about the plans for the "Warangal Nri" get
together For July-04-2008 at ATA Convention in New Jersey.

b) Discuss/Take suggestions from the members/AttendeesAb out current
and future warangalnri activities.
c) Q&A Ram explained that the following prominent people have
accepted to be the guests for the "Warangal Nri" get together.
(a) Hon. M.P - Mr.Yerraballi Dayakaer Rao
(c) Mr.Gade Gopal Reddy
(d) MRS. Nandita Rao
(e) Dr.Sudhaker Reddy
Ramreddy, LaxmaReddy,Venkat, Damoder will be organizing the get
together event.
3.Laxma reddy : proposed the idea of conducting the Warangalnri
workshops at various places.And said there should be periodic meeting
with the members.
4.Madhav Kusam : Expressed this concern about the WarangalNri
Activities, He insisted to make the group more aware and Plan for more
activities back in Warangal. He suggested to have get- together/
socialize eventsFor the warangalites at various places in USA. Madhav
volunteered to co-ordinate the warangal nri activities from Atlanta
Region.
5.Ramesh Chilla : Expressed about having a centralized, warangalnri
database list on our web site. He insisted to have a very strong
warangal nri's database, this helps us as a connecting bridge and
co-ordinate/ plan for more activities back in Warangal.
6.Niranjan Allamneni: Expressed the the Warangal Nri get - together
meet on July-04-2008 in NJ, Should go in a well decent manner and he
volunteered to help to organize the meet in NJ.
7.Sampath Yamsani : He appreciated the group and said we should put
more efforts and have good plans for the betterment of warangal, He
expressed his voluntary participation for the group.
8.All members had expressed the common opinion to have periodic
warangal nri conference meetings. Plan for more activities and come up
with a more concrete vision/goal for our Warangal.
Action Items/ Reolutions:
1. Publish Monthly email to the group about the activities, Plans.
2. Conduct Tele-conference for every six weeks.
3. Ramreddy will update on the get-together meet after July-04-2008
4. Vishnu will follow-up with Madhav Kusam , Ramesh Chilla and
Sampath Yamsani for their active participation. |
